Nicholas Easter, CR, CMH,CMRS, WLS, MCR
Executive Vice President

As the CEO of NCRI for the last 35 years, I've focused NCRI’s attention on the connection we have with our customers. We fill an important need in our customers' lives - the need for restoration when disaster strikes. This includes restoration of property, restoration of treasured belongings and, most importantly, the restoration of "peace of mind". We have helped corporations recover from the worst disasters for nearly three decades by assisting with the unfortunate business interruption, and the structure and content damage (both moderate and severe), resulting from disasters that occur frequently, randomly and without warning.

As one of the world's largest catastrophe restoration companies, we make choices every day that significantly impact people, communities and the environment. As we move forward, I want NCRI executives and employees alike to understand the multitude of ways we touch the world. We must then take bold steps to focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Quality is a way of thinking incorporated into every decision we make and every action we take. It is reflected in our values, our services and our behavior. It moves us to use our resources to steadfastly seek ways to make our company better able to serve our clients.

We have assisted hundreds of companies, corporations, universities and manufacturing plants with a Pre-Event Emergency Contingency Plan to minimize loss and speed the recovery time. Our corrosion control and dehumidification services are efficient, proprietary and designed to meet the highest standards of ISO 9000 and EPA requirements.

I believe that our company has enjoyed long-term success because we are built from a clear vision, reflect important values such as customer service and the consideration of others, and have firmly set our goal on total quality in all that we do.

Sincerely,

Patricia A. Easter
, President / Secretary - Treasurer

Our state-of-the-art broad band communications network links NCRI to every corner of the globe, allowing access to information on weather conditions around the globe. From the smallest house fire in the Midwest to the most devastating hurricane on the East Coast, NCRI is there.

A fire in a major university could mean thousands of students left without shelter or without library resources or food services. NCRI has established emergency response plans with universities, financial institutions, insurance providers, non-profit organizations, and other major industry leaders to ensure prompt mobilization of our Disaster Response Teams in time of need. With the establishment of an emergency response plan with NCRI, the conditions are monitored and priority service given when disaster strikes.

Disaster can strike at any time. Don't be caught unprepared . . . be ready with NCRI.

At NCRI we are never satisfied with the status quo. We are constantly exploring new technology and advances in restoration services, so that we will remain as an industry leader in providing full and total restoration solutions.

This very quest for technological superiority led NCRI to be among the first in the nation to perfect the mobile application of dry ice blasting for restoration purposes. It further drove us to become specialists in the very delicate field of electronic media and data transfer applications. The more sophisticated the computer age has become, the more challenging restoration of electronic components has become. NCRI has stepped up to provide the latest in restoration methodology related to information technology, including computer-based applications, sophisticated back-end servers, information terminals, and magnetic optical technology.

When disaster strikes, we offer solutions beyond the norm. In addition to boarding up windows and tarping roofs, we offer shrinkwrap property protection. We provide emergency power through mobile generators. From large desiccant dehumidifiers utilized to provide climate controlled atmospheric restoration in commercial buildings, to the small turbo fans used for residential purposes, NCRI maintains one of the largest equipment inventories anywhere.

You can rely on NCRI to be at the forefront of supplying new methods and applications that will expedite restoration, reduce costs and minimize business interruption.
